ERSE, Etna DOC, elegant and ‘feminine’ wine

_ERSE, ETNA DOC (Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio)_ Erse is the name of Goddess of Dew; the call of the crack of dawn and the dew at sunrise. Blue is the color of the dew drops, of the Etna sky. Erse is a delicate, textured red which reveals gorgeous inner perfume and a silky core of fruit in a medium-bodied style. A very elegant and ‘feminine’ wine.

Colour: light ruby; Nose: fruity with intense spicy nuances, typical of the varietal; Taste: Strong and austere tannins. Enveloping in texture and immediate in its impact. Erse is a direct, elegant and infinitely ‘feminine’ wine. Food pairings: sautéed meat and spinach, fish with spicy tomato sauce.
